No, it's not a tram...
...it's a Light Rail car, part of the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail system, which next weekend expands further into Bayonne on the south end, and next spring extends across Hoboken into Weehawken on the north. It's a fun, fast, easy way to travel, and at $1.50 for a 90-minute pass, or $1.30 per ride if you buy a 10-pack, it's cheap, too.
Below, one of the system's happy passengers: he prefers to call it a tram ("Because it is a tram," he says).
