bill: it's true that the death in this case didn't take place in cincinnati, but we chose to dateline the story as we did because cincinnati was very much the focus of the events in the story, which is far larger and covers a far longer arc of time than the specific incident. the osha office, which is at the center of the story, is in cincinnati, as is the plumbing company, as is the crucial incident 2 weeks before the death. the father and mother live, separately, in suburbs just on the edge of the city, and the family is spread across the cincinnati area. given that the story encompasses all of this, i can't imagine datelining it otherwise. thanks so much for writing, and for your kind words about the series.
