Flood watch
I think the weather service has got it backward. When a "weather event" (as they call them these days) is likely but not certain, they call it a watch. When they're sure it's happening, that's a warning. But by then, isn't it too late for a warning? Today we had a flood warning, but we couldn't do much about that but watch it rain.
