Election observers report, Nader challenges
The United States came up short compared to such democracies as Kazakhstan, Serbia, the Republic of Georgia, and Venezuela when it comes to holding elections, according to observers from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
Meanwhile, Ralph Nader has officially asked for a recount in New Hampshire, not because he expects it to change anything, but in order to challenge the controversial, and untraceable, Diebold electronic voting system used there.
