Baffled
As promised, here's the answer to yesterday's baffling mystery. Our intrepid smoking diver was installing an experimental baffle in the Hudson, designed to lessen the effect of boat wakes, particularly on vessels in the marina here in Hoboken, which is right next to a busy ferry landing. Let's hope the experiment works.
